Test Engineer

Aegis Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer to design, develop and program custom test, inspection, and control/monitoring equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the most current technologies in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Interested candidates should have a combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• BS in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years experience designing test, inspection, and/or control equipment
• Programming with LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, VB, or related
• Good understanding of measurement principles and methodologies
• Experience using computer-based data acquisition products
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience designing custom automated or semi-automated test equipment
• Experience creating standard engineering documentation such as schematic diagrams, layout drawings, Bill of Materials

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, pays attention to detail, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, works well in both a team environment and independently, and is able to apply their knowledge and experience to a variety of problems and effectively find solutions.
