Aegis Solutions offers
a one-year warranty on almost all of the equipment and software we
develop and build, but we don't walk away once the warranty expires.
We offer several options for servicing out-of-warranty equipment.
We can even service other system integrators equipment and software.

engineers and technicians are proficient at determining the cause of
failures and problems and quickly effecting a repair to get your
equipment back up and running to minimize down time and lost money.
Troubleshooting and repair services are performed on a
time/materials/expenses basis. Onsite and offsite service is
available. |

Preventative
Maintenance |
|
Performing
preventative maintenance operations on equipment will increase the
useful life of the equipment and substantially decrease the
likelihood that the equipment will fail at a critical time.
Aegis Solutions recommends performing preventative maintenance at
least once a year. We can provide an estimate for PM
operations based on the type of equipment and amount of weekly
usage. |

Service Agreements |
|
Aegis Solutions can
design a service agreement that will allow our engineers and
technicians to respond rapidly to your service needs, so you don't
have to wait for spending approval every time you have a problem.
Aegis Solutions service agreements can also be used for minor
updates to the equipment and software. |
